In this summer of 2020, Lovys has decided to launch its fourth insurance product, also in tune with the times: dog-cat insurance. The offer was developed alongside the mutual insurance company Altima – a subsidiary of the MAIF group – and the reinsurer Swiss Re.

It is possible to request a free quote online, directly on the neoinsurer’s website. The contract is subscribed for a legal duration of one year, which is renewable each year. The offer is without obligation, and can be terminated at any time.

Lovys dog-cat insurance: what conditions?In order to subscribe to Lovys dog-cat insurance, the covered animal must be more than 2 months old and less than 8 years old at the time of subscribing to the contract. He must also be identifiable, and therefore be tattooed or have a microchip. Finally, he must have benefited from a veterinary examination in the twelve months preceding subscription.
